How can I enroll managers into a program?
To enroll new managers, and assign management permissions to individuals in your program, click TS Coordinator from the top menu bar. Next, click the DRF Programs link from the TS Coordinator menu, and click the title of the appropriate program. Then click the Enrollment tab. Click the Managers button in the center of the screen and then click the Assign New Manager(s) button. You will then be able to select the individuals to whom you would like to assign management roles, by clicking the Launch Member Locator button. After you have selected the name or names of the individuals you wish to enroll, click on Save and Close. Then you can choose which roles you would like these individuals to have by checking the appropriate box. Your changes will be automatically saved.
Program Setup: Define program and program preferences; enroll authors, evaluators and reviewers; assign managers, attach program resources and link DRF template.
Generate Reports: Generate program activity, performance, form-based, and standards reports using the 'Generate Reports' feature located in the TS Coordinator area.
Oversee Evaluations: View, edit, cancel or release any evaluation at any time.
All Access Evaluator: Complete evaluation for any author submission. Managers do not have to be grouped with an author, or be selected by an author in order to evaluate. They do have to have visibility to the DRF area to evaluate.
Reconcile Evaluations: Reconcile evaluations, suspend evaluations and call for extra evaluations in programs that require multiple evaluators for a single submission.
