How to enroll managers into a program?

To assign management roles to other individuals for your program, click TS Coordinator from the top menu bar. Next, click the DRF Programs link from the TS Coordinator menu and click the title of the appropriate program, then click the Enrollment tab. Click the Managers button in the center of the screen and then click the Assign New Manager(s) button. You will then be able to select the individuals to whom you would like to assign management roles by clicking the Launch Member Locator button. After you have selected the name or names individuals you wish to enroll click on Save and Close. Then you can choose which roles you would like these individuals to have by checking the appropriate box. To save your changes, click the Assign Selected Permissions button.

Please note that in order to be given certain manager permissions, individuals must have coordinator privileges. If you would like to grant TS Coordinator privileges to individuals in your learning community, please contact Mentoring Services and we would be happy to assist you.
