The Mybrary is a collection of all of the work you have created in, or added to Taskstream in one convenient place. To access the Mybrary, click Resources from the top menu bar, and then click Go to Mybrary.
You can manage the My Folders area of your home page through the Mybrary. The remainder of the Mybrary is divided into sections that are associated with the toolpacks enabled for your Taskstream account Your Mybrary might include sections for: Assigned Programs, Folios & Web Pages, Instructional Design, Standards/Goals, and Files/Videos/Web Links. Each section may include multiple categories of work.
Using the Mybrary Interface
Regardless of the type of work, the same methods are used to access it through the Mybrary:
Expand/Collapse: When you navigate to the Mybrary, you see a list of sections and their categories. To expand a category and learn what work it contains, click the category title or the yellow triangle next to the category title. A second click will collapse the category and hide the work.
View: When a category is expanded to display a list of work, click either the title of an item or the related View button to open the work in a pop-up window. Depending on the type of work, the pop-up window might contain a web view, a printable version of Taskstream-created work, a document, etc.
Edit: Depending on your permissions and on the status of the work, items in the Mybrary may be accompanied by an Edit button. If you click that button for any piece of work, you are navigated away from the Mybrary and the work will open in whichever Taskstream tool was used to create it.
